Martyn Joseph at the Playwright

Welsh singer and songwriter Martyn Joseph has toured both sides of the Atlantic, released five Top 50 hits on U.K. charts, performed with numerous acclaimed artists and recorded 31 albums over his 30-year career as a musician.

His musical commentaries and narratives have been labeled as folk, rock, Celtic and Americana, reflecting the influence of Bruce Springsteen, John Mayer, Bruck Cockburn and Dave Matthews.

BBC Radio 2 personality Bob Harris describes Joseph's most recent recording, "Under Lemonade Skies" (2010), as "his biggest album to date."

Joseph has toured with Art Garfunkel, Ani DiFranco, Mark Cohn, Celine Dion, Shirley Bassey, Jools Holland and others.
