Collin Krum of Medford shared this photo with the description, 'I took this image of South Medford on a Canon 6D on a 16-35mm lens in mid-October 2013 from a Bell 206 JetRanger III (chartered through Timberland Helicopter Services of Ashland, OR) at approximately 500 feet in elevation while filming the 'Outstanding in :90' commercial for Southern Oregon University. At the time, I was a student in the Communication Department and was working as a Producer on the project along with director and cinematographer Jared Hail, himself an SOU alumni and instructor in the Emerging Media and Digital Arts Department. We were hovering over the Rogue Valley Country Club at the moment I captured the image, which shows much of South Medford in beautiful fall color. The Rogue Valley Manor elevation is clearly visible along with the Siskiyou mountain range in the background.'
