Prospect's Schultz, Butte Falls' Sutfin earn first-team honors
Prospect senior Jacob Schultz was named first-team all-Mountain Valley League for his efforts during the boys basketball season.
Butte Falls' Kyndi Sutfin earned first-team honors in girls basketball after leading the Loggers to within a game of the Class 1A state tournament.
Teammate Karlee Stephenson earned second-team honors, while Prospect's Ross Andresen made the second team in boys.
Joey Knighton and Josh Sutfin both made the honorable mention list for Butte Falls in boys.
Triad's Derik Trumbull was named the boys player of the year, while Rachel Estabrook, also of Triad, earned the same honor in girls.
