Small's hat trick not enough for Panthers

Wyatt Small registered a hat trick for South Medford, but Eugene's one-two punch of Connor Tyman and Jordan Blake-Jones was too much for the Panthers in Eugene's 7-5 victory in a nonleague hockey match at The RRRink on Saturday.

Tyman matched Small's hat trick and Blake-Jones connected twice for the Junior Generals.

Goalie John Adamson started outside the pipes for the first time in his career to score the Panthers first goal and assist on Andrew Phillips' score in the second period.
