North Medford topples Klamath Falls for title

KLAMATH FALLS — Three players scored two goals apiece and North Medford completed its second straight undefeated season, beating Klamath Falls 7-2 for the Southern Oregon high school hockey championship Thursday at Bill Collier Arena.

North Medford (15-0) spotted the hosts a 2-0 lead through one period, then scored four goals in the second and three in the third.

Max Henry had two goals and three assists for the winners. Joshua Wu and Mikaen Magee each had two scores, and Will Spence tallied once.
