Singler, Real suffer setback
MADRID — Kyle Singler scored four points and had three rebounds in about 16 minutes of playing time Thursday as Real Madrid lost to Fiatc Mutua Joventut, 78-75, in the ACB Spanish professional basketball league.
Real Madrid dropped into a four-way tie for second place with a 10-3 record, one game behind FC Barcelona Regal.
Among the other 10-3 teams is Lucentum Alicante, for whom Singler began the season before having his contract sold.
