Filmmaker: Andy Blubaugh
Thu 9:10 PM , Fri 12:10 PM , Sat 3:10 PM , Sun 6:10 PM Plays with: Say I Do
This experimental film documents filmmaker Andy Blubaugh&
s failed attempts at looking for love in personal ads. Crafted over the course of a year, Hello, Thanks is equal parts diary and documentary&
covering the filmmaker&
s experience of making the film as much as his experience of looking for love. As imagery and sound was collected, the focus of the film shifted until it became what it is now: an open-ended question about the efficacy of looking for romance through words. Official Selection of the Sundance Film Festival. [adult subject]
