It's official!

It's not Time Square, but there is sure to be a noisemaker or two at these New Year's celebrations in the Rogue Valley.


The Rocky-Tonk Saloon & Grill, 333 E. Main St., Medford. DJ Poppa will spin music for dancing and rock, country and dance band Star 69 will perform from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Look for a balloon drop — with more than $2000 in prizes — at midnight, along with free party favors and a free champagne toast. 4 Daughters Irish Pub, 126 W. Main St., Medford. A 2015 New Year's Eve Celebration will be held from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. There will be party favors, a champagne toast at midnight, and raffles for trips to Hawaii, Mexico and Las Vegas. Music by DJ Mr. Ruckus. No cover charge. Call 541-779-4455. 

Chadwick's Pub & Sports Bar, 2300 Biddle Road, Medford. Ring in 2015 with a New Year's Eve Comedy party featuring host Carl Lee and comedian Morgan Preston at 8 p.m., followed with music by DJ Kamee Starr at 10:30 p.m. There will be party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. The Trophy Club, 812 S. Central Ave, Medford. Groove Deville will play rock music from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. There will be party favors, a champagne toast at midnight and prizes. Call 541-772-4131.

Ramada Inn, 2250 Biddle Road, Medford. Rock band Hot Gossip — with an appearance by soul singer Bishop Mayfield — will play 9 p.m. to 1 p.m. There a champagne toast at midnight, party favors and 50/50 raffles. Tickets cost $20. A buffet dinner will be available for $15. Call 541-779-3141.


Global Peace Dance, the 22nd annual tradition features Ashland Sufi Heart Circle's Dances of Universal Peace from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the Gios Building, Fourth and C Streets. The interfaith celebration includes dances and songs that are easily learned. This event aligns with many similar circles on New Year's Eve throughout the world. Admission is a donation of $10 to $15. Call 541 890-1337.

Bootleggers Ball, the second annual New Year's Eve Bootleggers Ball will include a Roaring 20s-themed party with electro-swing music, a burlesque show, an aerial performance by Le Cirque Centre's Levity, casino games for funny money and prizes at the Historic Ashland Armory, 208 Oak St. DJ Shakti Bliss and DJ Cyril Noir will spin tunes for the countdown to 2015. Food and a full bar will be available. Tickets cost $25 in advance and can be purchased at Music Coop, 268 E. Main St., or online at liveatthearmory.com. Tickets will cost $30 the day of the show, $45 for VIP seats. VIP seats include a complimentary champagne toast, dinner, a gift bag and $200 in funny money. Costumes are strongly encouraged. The event is open only to ages 21 and older.

The Black Sheep Pub & Restaurant, 51 N. Main St., Ashland. Flock to the English pub for a 2015 New Year's celebration from 9 p.m. to 1 p.m. Fancy dress is recommended. There will be stylish party favors, a champagne toast and proper rowdy ringing in of the new year. Cover costs $5. Call 541-482-6414.


Bella Union, 170 W. California St., Jacksonville. L.E.F.T. — songwriter and guitarist Bret Levick, slide guitarist and Dobro player Bob Evoniuk, keyboard player Don Harriss, bassist Greg Frederick and drummer Matthew Kriemelman — will present rock n'n roll covers and originals by Levick from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. with a short break at midnight for party favors and champagne.
