ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum: A variety of interactive science exhibits are available at ScienceWorks Hands-on Museum, 1500 E. Main St., Ashland. The museum, which recently readjusted its hours, will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, and visits will be ticketed in two-hour shifts. Many exhibits will be modified to reduce touch surfaces — fewer hands-on activities —and increase physical distancing. Masks will be required for visitors ages 5 and up, and recommended for children ages 2 through 4. Staff and volunteers will be masked. FAST Ride Charity Event: The 80-mile driving/motorcycle fundraiser for the anti-human trafficking organization Ride My Road will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Ride your motorcycle or drive your vehicle at your own pace along Southern Oregon roads and stop at five outdoor venues to hear from experts about how to end human trafficking in Oregon.
