Lithia Artisans Market: More than 40 artisans display and sell handcrafted items from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays through December along Calle Guanajuato, the pedestrian walkway behind the downtown plaza that runs next to Ashland Creek in Ashland. Take & Make: Kids and their families can stop by any JCLS branch to pick up a take-and-make craft kit. Each library branch offers a unique craft for every age group, from preschoolers to adults, and all need supplies are included in the kit. New crafts are offered weekly while supplies last. The Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink: The skating rink, located at 95 Winburn Way, across from the Lithia Park playground, will not open this year, city officials have announced. See ashland.or.us/icerink for further information.

Dickens’ Christmas Feast: The annual event at Winchester Inn, 35 S. Second St., Ashland, has been canceled this year because of COVID-19 restrictions. Smithfields and Alchemy Bistro in Ashland will be open for outside dining as well as take-out options from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and from 4 to 8:30pm, daily, respectively. Oregon Cabaret Theatre: Oregon Cabaret Theatre in Ashland has canceled its holiday performances of “Scrooge in Rouge,” and will close until February because of COVID-19 restrictions. ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum: The hands-on science museum at 1500 E. Main St., Ashland, will be closed because of COVID-19 restrictions until further notice. Southern Oregon Repertory Singers: The choir has canceled all concerts through March 2021. The choir will decide early next year whether to hold the May concert.
