There will be a class dedicated to teaching people of all ages about the Rogue Valley's winged and feathered wildlife from 6 to 7:30  tonight at the North Mountain Park Nature Center, 620 N. Mountain Ave., Ashland.

The cost to attend is $10 and preregistration is required; call 541-488-6606. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Attendees will get pictures, stories and facts about birds with a special focus on owls, hummingbirds, herons and osprey.
