Caregiving Workshop: Rogue Valley Council of Governments will hold the first in a series of six workshops titled "Taking Care of You: Powerful Tools for Caregivers" from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 15 through Nov. 19, at the Parish Hall at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 426 W. Sixth St., Medford. The workshop is geared toward family members taking care of older adults, and topics will include tips to reduce stress, communicating effectively with other family members and service providers, and tools to make tough decisions.
