A Celtic Christmas': Storyteller Tomaseen Foley and his troupe of Irish vocalists, musicians and dancers return to present "A Celtic Christmas," a program that recreates Christmas Eve in a 1940s West Ireland farmhouse where neighbors gather, at 3 and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, at the Craterian Theater, 23 S.
