All Business: The 12th annual Southern Oregon Business Conference will run from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, at Inn at the Commons, 200 N. Riverside Ave., Medford. The theme is "High Tech — Southern Oregon's Edge."  Keynote speaker Minoli Ratnatuga of the Milken Institute will be keynote speaker, and the event will include a distinguished panel of local high-tech guest speakers. Wine Reception and Fundraiser: A fundraiser for the local RSVP and Foster Grandparent Program will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, in Suite 303 of the One West Main building in Medford.
