Lichen Talk: Kristi Mergenthaler of Southern Oregon Land Conservancy will present "What's to Like About Lichen?" during the Ashland Garden Club meeting at 12:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2,  at the Ashland Community Center, 59 Winburn Way. Spanish/English Conversation: English-speakers learning Spanish and Spanish-speakers learning English can attend a conversation hour from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Mondays at the Medford library, 205 S.
