Luncheon discussion: Foundations for Recovery will hold its monthly luncheon at 11:45 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at Bobbio's Pizza, 2105 Roberts Road, Medford. Guest speaker Leo Hull will present a parent's perspective, the group's executive director will speak about the legalization of marijuana, there will be discussion about a new drug called Kratom, and about long-term effects of nitrous oxide. Book Talk: Former pro-wrestler and one-time undercover FBI agent Rico Valentino, along with former Jackson County Sheriff C.W. Smith and Mail Tribune reporter Damian Mann, will speak about Mann's biography of Valentino from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at the Eagle Point library, 239 W.
