Drugs — James Thomas Roath, 28, of the 800 block of Broad Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Roath on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, being a felon in possession of a weapon and a parole violation on an out-of-county burglary conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and held without bail.
Drugs — Randy Vohn Wolgamot, 46, of the first block of White Tail Drive, Eagle Point. Oregon State Police Tuesday arrested Wolgamot on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of greater than 4 ounces of marijuana. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.
Drugs — Joseph Cruz Leyva, III, 29, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Leyva on charges of possession of methamphetamine. He was additionally charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing, two warrants on charges of contempt and one warrant charging use of a minor in the distribution of a Schedule III controlled substance. He was lodged in the jail and held without bail.
Drugs — Eugene Lewis Gueringer, 54, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Gueringer on charges of possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor DUII-drugs, and a parole violation on convictions of identity theft and meth possession.
Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle — Casey Alen Reynolds, 23, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Reynolds on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police, reckless driving, two charges of recklessly endangering, and parole violation on a meth possession conviction. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance.
Assault — Ryan Lee Hannon, 27, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Hannon on charges of fourth-degree felony assault, harassment, interference with making a report and menacing. He was booked in the jail and held on $16,000 bail.
Theft — 1300 block of Court Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at noon Monday. Items reported stolen included a hand-carved ivory cameo ring valued at $825, a men's gold class ring with jade stone valued at $450, and a men's gold wedding band with five diamonds and a curved shape valued at $350.
