Crowd enjoys Pear Blossom Festival in Medford

The 68th annual Pear Blossom Festival — Medford’s oldest city tradition — was held Friday and Saturday, April 9-10. The parade, held Saturday, sported the theme “Through the Golden Years.” This year’s Pear Blossom Queen is Jaidyn Campbell, from Crater High School, who won the Pear Blossom Scholarship Competition.

Other activities included a street fair at Pear Blossom Park with food, art and handmade crafts available from over 150 vendors, along with performances from local and regional musicians on the stage in the amphitheater at the park.
