18 new COVID cases in Jackson County
Oregon reported 212 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, including 18 in Jackson County.
The Oregon Health Authority reported two more COVID-19 deaths Thursday, bringing the statewide total to 2,790.
On Thursday, 100 people were hospitalized because of COVID-19, six fewer than Wednesday, and 28 people were in intensive care, three fewer than Wednesday.
10,824 new vaccine doses were added to the state immunization registry Thursday, including 7,482 that were administered July 7, bringing the seven-day running average to 5,406 doses per day.
