Jackson County adds 24 COVID-19 cases over the weekend
The Oregon Health Authority reported 993 new COVID-19 cases, including 24 in Jackson County, and two deaths over the weekend, according to a Monday news release.
Of the cases, 368 were reported Friday, 437 were recorded Saturday and 188 were registered Sunday.
As of Monday, 207 people were hospitalized in Oregon with COVID-19, 14 more than Sunday. Fifty-eight people were in intensive care, an increase of three from Sunday.
Jackson and Josephine counties reported 47 people hospitalized with COVID-19 Monday.
