Weekly COVID-19 OHA report shows no cases some places, few in others

The Oregon Health Authority released its weekly coronavirus outbreak report, showing cases continue to be minimal in Rogue Valley schools, while some establishments that used to see cases are not seeing them at the moment.

The report covers K-12 schools, adult living facilities, child care centers and workplaces throughout the state, including Jackson and Josephine counties, as of Sunday, Nov. 14, and includes data for the seven previous days.

The Mail Tribune looks at the report each week to see which places are experiencing either active outbreaks or recent cases of coronavirus.

The following K-12 schools in Jackson and Josephine counties saw recent cases:

There were no active outbreaks at workplaces in Jackson County for the week of Nov. 8-14. In Josephine County, Jim Sigel Automotive and Roe Motors each had six cases over the same time period.

There were no active cases in Jackson or Josephine counties for care facilities, senior living communities and congregate living settings for the week of Nov. 8-14.

There was only one active outbreak for child care facilities in Jackson County — Head Start Progress Early Learning (two cases). Josephine County did not have any last week, according to the OHA report.
