Jackson County logs 57 more COVID-19 cases

Workplace outbreaks waning in county

Jackson County reported 57 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, while Oregon as a whole saw 901 new cases and 38 additional COVID-19 deaths, according to the Oregon Health Authority.

Information about those who died, including their counties of residence, wasn’t immediately available.

OHA reported no workplace outbreaks at businesses in Jackson County in this week’s outbreak report.

To protect privacy, OHA reports workplace outbreaks only at businesses with at least 30 workers and five or more cases.
