On This Day In Music: We board the “Love Train” as it makes its way to the top of the singles chart and while it’s been heard over 230 million times in present-day back in 1977 Fleetwood Mac releases their first and only US single to hit number one. Plus, Lionel Richie wins an award for his original song in the movie “White Nights” and with over 5 million copies sold, the Black Crowes don’t care that they are “Hard To Handle”.
