The Phoenix High School DECA team is heading to the international competition later this month to compete in the international levels, hosted in Atlanta Georgia. The competition challenges students on marketing techniques, problem solving and financial management. Five students, lead by Neill Carvalho, qualified in the state competitions earlier this year and will be moving up as a team.
