PSU athlete Deante Strickland was shot and killed Friday when a woman shot three people at a Northeast Portland home. The prime suspect is Tamena Strickland, the victim's sister. The 22-year-old Portland State University basketball player who died in a shooting told witnesses his sister shot him.
