CT: 7 Killed, Several Hurt in WWII Plane Crash

A WWII era B-17 Bomber crashed in Connecticut on Wednesday. There were 13 passengers on board, and the crash has resulted in seven deaths and multiple injuries.

Five minutes after takeoff, the pilot radioed to the tower, citing engine problems preventing the plane from gaining altitude. The pilot then attempted to make an emergency landing.

Seven are dead and several injured following a B-19 Bomber crash at a Connecticut airport on Wednesday.
