Taylor Swift was at No. 1 on the US album chart with her fifth studio album “1989”. Her total sales that week would be the highest of any album since 2002.

George Harrison released his first album since breaking away from The Beatles. Released as a triple album “All Things Must Pass” went on to be certified 6 times Platinum by the Record Industry Association of America, making it the best selling album by a solo Beatle.
