Poets and street performers highlight the Third Friday art walk to be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 21, in historic downtown Medford. Firebreathers and jugglers will perform in Theater Alley and poetry readings will be held at Facets Jewelry Studio.
Art du Jour Gallery: 320 Middleford Alley, artdujourgallery.com, 770-3190. Val Coulman will be the featured artist, and a themed exhibit, "Everything Green," will be displayed. Keyboardist Jeff Griffin will present live music at the gallery.

The Rogue Gallery and Art Center: 40 N. Barlett St., roguegallery.org, 772-8118. "A Woman's Journey," paintings by Rebecca Gabriel, will be displayed in the main gallery. Artwork by students from the gallery's Winter 2008 Artist Teen Mentoring Project will be displayed in the student gallery. The students' mentors are Ann DiSalvo of Studio A.B. and Keith Gabor of Gathering Glass Studio. Art by Bryan Mikota, Thomas A. Bayne, Jerry Hagstrom and Paul Messenger, along with live music by Living on Dreams, a jazz duo featuring Kent Heyward and Larry Cavalier, will be presented in the gallery's garden.
Studio Sfumato: The Rogue Gallery also is the home of Studio Sfumato, an enterprise of Living Opportunities in Medford that includes more than a dozen artists who express ideas through visual arts. Sfumato members will be on hand in the classroom at the Rogue Gallery, and Whatness, a duo featuring Ed Rogers and Matt Anlas, will present acoustic music.
