Cormier-Wheeler

Jillian Aimee Cormier and Paul Edward Wheeler were married June 30 at Stonehurst Manor, North Conway, N.H. Justice of the Peace Mary Chase, a friend of the bride and groom, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of John and Linda Cormier of North Smithfield, R.I. A 2001 graduate of North Smithfield High School, she received a bachelor's degree in childhood studies in 2005 from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, N.H. She is a before and after school program supervisor with Bend Parks and Recreation Department in Bend.

The groom is the son of Richard and Roxanne Wheeler of Medford. A 1996 graduate of North Medford High School, he received a bachelor's degree in mathematics in 2000 from the University of Idaho. In 2006, he received a master of education degree in counseling from Plymouth State University. He is an academics and career counselor with Central Oregon Community College in Bend.

Maid of honor was the bride's sister, Catherine Cormier of Long Island, N.Y. Bridesmaids were the groom's sister, Kristi Wheeler of Bend, Michala Sawyer of Lilburn, Ga., and Jessica Goss of Rumney, N.H.

Best man was the groom's father, Richard Wheeler of Medford. Groomsmen were Matthew Blocker, Tony Trodella and Jeff Furlone, all of Plymouth, N.H.

Flower girl was Audrey Eastman of Hampton, N.H.

Ring bearer was the bride's cousin, Michael Jenness of Rochester, N.H.

Following the ceremony, the bride's parents hosted a reception at Stonehurst Manor.l

After an Alaskan cruise and land tour in July, the newlyweds are living in Bend.
