Kacey Megann Zundel and Alan James Peterson were married Oct. 4, 2008, at a private residence in Medford. Family friend, Bob Hamlin officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Chip and Laura Zundel of Ashland. A 2002 graduate of Ashland High School, she received a bachelor's degree in biology in 2006 from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, Calif. She received an associate's degree in dental hygiene in 2008 from Apollo College in Boise, Idaho. She is a dental hygienist in Boise.
The groom is the son of Jan Branin, and Rod and Janet Peterson of Boise, Idaho. A 1997 graduate of Valley Christian High School in Boise, he received a bachelor's degree in business in 2003 from the University of Idaho. He works in fly fishing manufacturing for Loon Outdoors in Boise.
Matron of honor was Rachel Allred of Medford. Maid of honor was Elyse Edler of San Clemente, Calif. Bridesmaids were Katie Schick of Irvine, Calif., Kylea Kangels of Bakersfield, Calif., Christina Kalemkeris of Ashland, the bride's sister-in-law, Andrea Zundel of San Diego and the groom's sister, Tami Lamon of Boise.
Best man was Mark Fixter of Jackson, Wyo. Groomsmen were the bride's brother, Brett Zundel of Ashland, Russ Miller of Ashland, Jason Randles of Boise, Idaho, Mark Lovejoy of Salt Lake City, and Tone Gibson and Joe Laxson, both of Portland.
Flowers girls were Avery Allred and Rowen Miller, both of Medford.
Ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Riley Parr of Boise.
The bride's parents hosted a reception following the ceremony. A second reception was hosted by Jan Branin and Paul and Tami Lamon on Oct. 17 at the home of Tami Lamon in Boise, Idaho.
After a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the newlyweds are living in Boise.
